
Seth Bland has developed more than 50 stand-alone projects throughout California including a significant number of mixed-use residential/retail developments. At Wilson Meany Sullivan, Seth oversees all aspects of construction for mid- and high-rise residential/retail developments in Northern California. Previously, he worked for Catellus Development as Senior Vice President for Urban Projects at Mission Bay in San Francisco, where he was responsible for the development of Mission Place (renamed The Beacon), a 1.4 million square foot high-rise, mixed-use project, and The Glassworks, a luxury residential condominium project. Before joining Catellus, Seth was a developer for Safeway and Marriott International. At Marriott, he developed senior residential units in California and Washington as well as entitling additional units for future development. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary's College.
