Thomas P. Sullivan

Tom Sullivan has extensive experience in real estate development and investment, specializing in management of large-scale, technologically innovative developments, including Foundry Square in San Francisco.  Presently, Tom focuses on investment opportunities, development management, and debt and equity financing.  Prior to co-founding Wilson Meany Sullivan, Tom was President of Wilson/Equity Office, a joint venture with Equity Office Properties Trust. He also has held senior management positions with William Wilson & Associates, Rouse & Associates, Sun Microsystems and AMB Corporate Real Estate Advisors. Tom is a member of the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI); he also serves on the Boards of the Bay Area Council, the Golden Gate Chapter of Lambda Alpha, and the Northern California Real Estate Council for the City of Hope, a leading cancer research hospital.  Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
