Paul Richards has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, development and leasing. At Wilson Meany Sullivan, as Director of Property Management, Paul focuses on client services, agency leasing and new business development. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Property Management with Shorenstein Realty Services, he was responsible for a four million square foot, Class A office portfolio that included properties in San Francisco and Sacramento. Paul has also held executive and senior management positions with Rockefeller Center Development, Lincoln Property Company, Tishman West, Transwestern/Voit and CB Richard Ellis. He holds the Real Property Administrator professional designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and a Certified Property Manager professional designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. A California-licensed real estate broker, Paul is a member, former director and past president of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of San Francisco and The San Francisco Institute of Real Estate Management. He in on the board of the Transportation Management Association of San Francisco and is an instructor for BOMI professional designation courses. Paul graduated from the College of San Mateo and attended Golden Gate University.
