Steve Arnold has extensive experience in real estate transactions as well as in finance and accounting, and specializes in racetrack and casino operations. At Wilson Meany Sullivan, Steve focuses on asset management for developments in Southern California. Prior to joining Wilson Meany Sullivan Steve served for six years as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Hollywood Park for Churchill Downs. There, his responsibilities included financial reporting budgeting, information technology, risk management and treasury functions, as well as financial oversight of racetrack and casino acquisitions, casino development and property dispositions. Steve began his career as a staff accountant under Hollywood Park's previous ownership, and took on increasing levels of responsibility to become Director of Finance. Previously, he worked as an independent consultant, providing financial services for NAXCOM, a company focused on sports memorabilia and collectibles. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University at Fullerton, and has passed the Uniform CPA Examination.
