Chris Meany has been executing innovative urban infill developments in California since 1985. Among his landmark projects are the Ferry Building, One Powell and the Flood Building in San Francisco, and Broadway Pointe in Walnut Creek. Presently, he leads the redevelopment of Bay Meadows in San Mateo, Treasure Island in San Francisco, and Hollywood Park in Inglewood. Before forming Wilson Meany, Chris was the managing member of Wilson/Meany, LLC, which he co-founded with Bill Wilson in 1996. Previously, he had his own development practice specializing in high value mixed-use and retail developments, and he began his real estate career in the New York office of Aston Development Corporation. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University.
